Location and friendliness of staff

Accommodations were grungy, many burnholes in blankets. Linen closet wasn't very clean, had someone else's clothing trash in the closet

It was not packed and they had rooms available, for that I am thankful that I had a place to stay for the night.

The online pictures looked nice, but the place was out dated and very worn. The price per night should be lowered down to motel prices.

Pet travel is made easy there. Front stag was friendly.

The breakfast area was not clean. Cabinets , counters and floors were sticky and dirty - more effort could easily be applied Also pet fee was not disclosed on booking.com reservation app

"Bad hotel"

The size of the room.

The front desk person was rude. He told my wife and I two different early check in fees. The room was dirty, filthy, and had holes in the walls. The bathroom was also dirty. The smoke detector wasn't installed.

"Nice place for the price if you're just passing through."

Staff was accommodating and even had someone to carry our bags upstairs. This is a two story building with no elevator. The clerk did ask if I preferred 1st floor or 2nd but failed to mention that there wasn't an elevator until after I booked the room.

No elevator. Everything was fine for the price.
