It was clean

Went for a little trip for myself because the 1st time I came here my car had to get worked on ! But, the stay and experience was so great I came back for a little mini Vay cay for myself and to visit some family and friends. It was great hotel and staff friendly and clean rooms pool not to busy also had pleanty of towels in the pool room if you forgot and breakfast was great ! :)

Very large building. Decor was cute. Staff was awesome!

The room is set up so that the only space large enough to open a large suitcase is either on a bed or in between the two queen beds. No storage (1 drawer 3 open cubbies & 6 hangers) so to speak. Iron is hanging on the wall and the suitcase stand are out in the open. Corner chair is right under a floor lamp, so your head hits it and there is no room to move the lamp. This is an older building that has been remodeled and is starting to show it's age. The air conditioner could barely keep up with the humidity, the bathtub dripped & you got a shower/bath since the pull for the shower wouldn't fully cut the flow from the spigot. The hairdryer didn't work and there was no streaming available on the TV. The beds were inconsistently uncomfortable with one feeling like there was an arch to the middle of it and the other just fine. I was just very uncomfortable staying here & would have been very troubled if our mobility challenged daughter had traveled with us as originally planned.

It was 15 mins from the soccer tournament our son was playing. It was also one of the cheaper hotels.

To access our room we had to drive around to the back. The sink didn’t drain. Upon leaving we noticed the previous occupants sock that was not cleaned up prior to us arriving.
