Lowest priced hotel of all those with 8.0 or above ratings. This is definitely budget friendly. And on weeknights they even provide a free dinner. Families can really save quite a bit.

Great location for restaurants, walking trail, close to activities at University. Large room with nice view out back. Staff was nice and helpful.

The location was nice

Bathroom floors and around the toilet were dirty! The sheets under them was a big yellow stain and I asked to have them changed and they were never changed

Good location, a bit old but it has everything that you need. Complimentary hearty Midwestern dinners along with a classic breakfast served in crock pots makes you feel like home.

I was at the end near the stairwell so it was a bit loud until later on when people were settled in for bed.
