Room smelled like pee and the ac didn’t work that great. The bed was hard as a brick.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing to crow about. Nothing to help the disabled.

Room smelled like smoke. When I reported it to the front desk they said they could send up a can of febreze. An offer of another room would have been appreciated. Toilet sat very low, not great for elderly or disabled. Employees who were working seldom spoke or smiled. They scowled if you were in their way. Have been here multiple times but this was the least enjoyable. No instructions for TV.
