"Disappointing"

Enough pillows

Poor cleaning of room, small rooms, difficult to move around. Price not worth accommedations. Super disappointed in request or staffs poor reading of request.

Cleanliness.

Extremely old, small tv. Old AC/fan/heat unit that had issues keeping up with how cold we like the room. Pillows sucked. Bathroom was outdated and small, but thankfully appeared clean. Very close to a busy road.

"Excellent"

The hotel is nice. Friendly staff. Downside is there is not an elevator if you struggle with steps. Also the beds are terribly uncomfortable. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and unfortunately due to the beds we will stay elsewhere next time in the area. Sorry!

The female staff member at the check-in was not welcoming at all. She presented her self as a per not wanting to be there. 😞 Definitely needs an attitude adjustment. We are not going to be back to this place.
