"Great location and a very nice breakfast."

This hotel was in a great location in Decorah. Right next to the highway. Easy on and easy off. Breakfast was quite nice. A big variety to select and everything tasted great. I spoke with 3 staff during my stay. All 3 were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

"For the short time we were there, it was fine. But may check out other hotels next visit"

The staff person wasn’t very clear about things on checkin. Didn’t ask for ID? Or Car Make and Model along with License Plate?? Was more concerned about son/little boy in back office.

"Worst manager ever"

Other workers were great but they need a better manager. I never seen a manager so bad like the one in this hotel I seen the staff doing a lot better if they get a new manager but if they keep this all your workers are going to start leaving

"Excellent"

Clean room and lobby, Hot food breakfast. Friendly staff. Everything was in good condition. Some road noise because the ocation is near the highway, but the competitors were also close to the road.

"Pleasant place, good breakfast, but the pillows were too thick for comfortable sleeping."

Breakfast provided was above average, however, the coffee was weak and rather tasteless.

The pillows on the bed were all very thick and for me, unusable for sleeping comfortably. Caused me to lose sleep for lack of comfort.
