"Buen hotel, pero deben poner atención en el personal y el mantenimiento"

La ubicación, uno se mueve con relativa facilidad. Es agradable a la vista: la fuente, el lobby y el elevador, lástima que solo sea a la vista y no funcione como debería ni el servicio sea óptimo.

La atención del personal deja mucho que desear. Por la mañana salí y al volver esperaba la habitación aseada y las camas tendidas pero no, tuve que llamar a recepción y decirles que enviaran a la mucama y todavía me preguntaron qué necesitaba... Que hagan las camas., dije y no pusieron nueva botellas de agua embotellada. El elevador se trababa mucho, tuve que subir y bajar 2 veces para que se abriera la puerta y las escaleras no eran viables por mi situación médica ya que caminaba con bastón. La alberca estaba saturada de hojas y bichitos, no le ponen la atención debida y el agua EXCESIVAMENTE fría.

"Served my proposes, can't beat the price"

Business Class hotel however it is very old and a little run down. Old school Mexico construction however it used to be a Marriot so feels familiar. Price is excelent
