Pool was down, we all came for that. We rented 2 rooms, one room had all soaps shampoo ect empty, We used both hideabeds . They had springs coming out of the mattress. We have stayed at that location over the years and it needs some upgrades.

The breakfast was not good, neither of us could eat it. Specifically the waffles, toast and sausage. Cereal was cereal. The pool wasn’t open which I understand happens just disappointing since we got the hotel for the pool. There were a lot of missing utensils in the unit and a lot of people outside looking in cars.

I stayed to get in the pool and the pool was down. Breakfast was horrible.
AUOur suite was beautiful and so large. We felt that 1 night was not long enough to enjoy it. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, it was so nice to have a separate kitchen and lounge area.
When the air conditioning motor kicked in (every 20 mins or so) it sounded like there was a tumble dryer in our room with a pair of shoes in it. It was so loud it woke us up continually through the night

The dishwasher was broken and the dishes in it were labeled clean but were not. The breakfast was disappointing. No fruit, the eggs were like rubber balls. The temperature on everything was lukewarm, making me wonder if it was even safe to eat. We'd gotten a better breakfast the day before at a less expensive hotel.
