USUSUSUSOrginally booked for my son and I coming to St. Cloud to see his daughter in a play. Called early in the week (front desk) put it in my son's name only and changed to one night, the woman I spoke with was pleasant and accommodating. When he arrived, front desk refused to honor his reservation but charged me for the room. Bad business practice. I've stayed there before but never again!
