Park Royal Homestay Los Cabos

We thought we had booked a room with a kitchenette The description we read was " all-suite resort " and "the straightforward suites come with kitchenette" But when we got there we were told we had a standard hotel room and had to pay $20 a night extra in cash to get a kitchenette. But it was a reasonable place to stay and comfortable if not new or fancy. The location is OK if you don't mind not being on the beach. Also there was no airport shuttle. And San Jose is a much nicer place to stay in our opinion compared to Cabo San Lucas.

This is a delightful small boutique hotel. It is off the beach, but a beach day is available at many nearby resorts. It is located within walking distance to stores, resorts and town. The staff is very efficient, but not all speak English enough not to have some interesting exchanges. The rooms are good sized, but a little aged. It feels like a more Mexican hotel experience. Small pools are very pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. For the location and the price you can't beat it. The staff was really nice and complementing.

Room was old and run down. Pool area was nice. Quite golf course setting. Reasonable walk to shopping, restaurants and beach resorts in hotel zone. Not bad for one night.

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Neighboring room guests were very noisy but no fault of the hotel. .Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
