Suites of Dorchester

Cool. Its was cool and near tbe beach. Great location from Collins Ave.

I've been coming to the Dorchester for the past few years and this is the first time I try the Suites, which were a very nice surprise. The apt was very large with nice and kitchen and living room facilities. I enjoyed the mini balcony overlooking the courtyard and private garden. Even though the bathroom needs updating, this is the best price for such large and comfortable rooms in South Beach. The facilities at the sister property, the Marseilles hotel, are well worth the resort fee paid. Thoroughly recommend it!

Let’s start with the good stuff. Dorchester has an excellent location and their staff and service do the best with their resources. The bad, building shows age and tear all over the place. Old toilet, shower, furniture takes away the nice space and setup of suites. While first night (stayed 4) WiFi was fine and slowly working, the other days there was no connection unless you sit at the lobby area. Although on vacation with family, personally because my kind of business(Real Estate) WiFi was a must. And there is a “resort” fee that makes you questioning the quality for returning.

A fabulously located hotel, with good staff offering excellent value for money. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent location and fantastic spacious rooms. Only complaint was the sofa bed in lounge needs replacing. Not comfortable.

This is an older property, but, the rooms are nice sized suites (1bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room). The hotel is clean and kept up. The property is within walking distance of everything - the beach, Lincoln Mall, etc. The staff was exceptional nice. This is not a fancy property but we'd stay there again. We enjoyed it.
