Marlin Cove Resort

We liked the appliances, the quiet, and I loved the lap pool. We thought it was difficult to find because it is partly private residences, and there was nobody at reception. Checkin was by dialling a phone number and then retrieving a door key from a safe box. Lucky they included a map of the property!

The accommodation was lovely however this is the only place we have stayed that has not allowed any early check ins if arriving earlier and the communication, well difficult to get some and when you did it was very generic and and a flat no where as the other locations allowed it if the property was ready especially given we had a child not feeling well

The property was very clean and accommodated our family of 5. Walking distance to Trinity Beach.

Lovely clean, modern property. Great facilities inside and out. Close to beach and cafes etc. Only curious and disappointing thing was having no recycling facilities and being told to dump all our cans, bottles, plastic etc in the big, regular bin.

We had a great 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were spacious along with the kitchen and having a separate bathroom to the kids was amazing. The laundry facilities and the gardens and pools are just magical. We just loved our stay here. Thanks

Unit was very spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom kitchen dining and lounge washing machine and dryer nice little balcony over looking pool air conditioning through out and ceiling fans very comfortable, only problem car parks are very tight and hard to park in.

There was a wallaby that liked to spend rainy days on our porch. We named her peekaboo. The apartment was great and the wildlife added to the atmosphere. We saw lots of wallabies, lots of birds, and one snake all on the grounds. On our last day we saw a curlew protecting its nest.

Very disappointed with our unit. It was advertised as a luxury unit but was definitely not luxury. The unit was dirty, had to buy cleaning products to clean the kitchen. All cutlery and crockery had to be put through the dishwasher and then scrubbed to get them clean. Mould in bathroom and vanity cupboard door was hanging off and chipped. Chairs from outdoor setting some of the most uncomfortable we've ever sat on even with cushions. Bedside and wardrobe drawers were dirty and had hair in them that we had to clean out. Shower over bath very dangerous to step in and out of. No grab handle, had to use taps and shower screen to steady ourselves. Had to buy a bath mat as bath was slippery. We shouldn't have to clean our holiday unit before we can enjoy our holiday. Little or no noise dampener between floors, could hear everything from very noisy upstairs neighbours. I could go on but probably not enough room.

Fabulous location, walking distance to everything. Great communication from company which also allowed us to check in early.
