The place is nice. My wife and me had a great weekend . The food, staff, everything combine for a pleasant stay.

Terrible scam. Don't stay here. The room was ok but the food was so bad we had to go into town for food. Also its not truly all inclusive or on the beach. Don't get robbed by coming here.

In the middle of the Coronado Community and close to all the infrastructure that you find in Coronado. It feels a little old and maybe an update of the rooms might be a good idea.

the registration process was quickly. The hotel's all-inclusive package was not quite nice as had escaces siemnpre drinks and snacks took ages to appear.

The Coronado Golf & Beach Resort was pretty lame for an "all-inclusive" resort. I stayed there with my two sons, 11 and 14, for one night. We chose it because of its proximity to San Carlos where we would be surfing. The hotel was much more expensive than other options around the area because it was "all-inclusive" and all meals and drinks were included. The food and drinks provided were not at all worth the increased price of a stay there. The breakfast buffet wasn't bad, but the lunch and dinner buffets offered the same tired choices of food that was not high quality. When it came to ordering drinks, we were there on a Saturday night and there was a band playing. The hotel did not have enough bartenders and wait staff to serve all of the guests. I had to wait more than 1/2 hour to get a single drink at the bar. The hotel is not right on the beach. You can take a shuttle or drive your own car to the beach, which is maybe 1 km away. The private beach also has a nice swimming pool and a bar and your all-inclusive package covers the drinks and food (just snacks) there as well. While there was nothing wrong with the room or the resort in terms of the facilities, I wouldn't stay there again because I didn't feel like it was a good value for what we paid. If there was an option to stay there for a lower price that did not have the food and drinks included, I might consider it.

Feb. 15 thru Feb 17. This hotel needs a major upgrade. It's just not up to par in our view. We had a 2 bedroom unit with what they called a living room. One bedroom had no closet and no drawers to put anything in. The other had a balcony door that had such a big gap we had to put a towel under it to try to keep the mosquito's out. Furniture was old and falling apart. Now we rented a 2 bedroom suite. 4 adults and a 2.5 year old girl. We prepaid the room Thru Hotel.Com. They clearly saw us all together and gave us 4 keys. When we checked out they charge me an extra $440.00 dollars because they said we only had 2 people on our reservation. Now why would I rent a 2 Bedroom unit for only one couple. And if there were to be an extra charge why was I not told so when we all checked in. Also good luck getting hand towels and wash rags. Those items seem to be a luxury to them. All in all there are much better properties ON the beach. Golf course was shaky to. Golf carts were almost unusable. Pools filthy and beach club service very poor. We will not be back to this hotel.

They can improve on breakfast menu. Explaining to the foreigner what are the local food.

The hotel installations in general are very nice. Our Junior Suite was of a decent size and the AC worked great. It is however no more than a 3 1/2 star hotel due primarily to the service. The employees are not rude per say, its more that they lack any intention to help. Simply put, its like they didn't care or even know about the hotel or the resort in general. Don't even try to get room service. We waited for almost three hours for ours and each time we called to get a status of our order we were told that they would call us back, they never did. At around hour two I went to the restaurant personally and was told that our order was never put in and that we had to request it again. Internet did not work in our room for three days and when we asked they simply apologized but gave no solution. But the absolute worst part is the food. It is almost inedible. I mean really really bad (except for the pizza)... that was very good. But you cant live off of pizza for three days. To recap, beautiful installations terrible service and management.

This hotel was much nicer than the 4 star hotels we stayed in Panama City. Clean, large rooms. It was not on the beach like it sounds, They have a little shuttle that takes you to their private beach area where they have all inclusive snacks and bar. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel quality and service!

Good to stay with family, It is not a luxury hotel, but the rooms are conformable with good air conditioning, shower and clean. The summing pool are is ok as well. Friendly staff. Service need to be improved. Mainly in the pool and breakfast areas. The beach house are very well located but need to have better service and cleaning.
