I was so excited to stay at this hotel Because the pictures made it look like a boutique hotel. My wedding reception was at one of the Balderrama locations and rooms were beautiful. This hotel was a disappointment. Yes it was only for a night but pictures made it seem different. Restrooms are very outdated. Rooms are half dated and beds are tiny. Usually hotels have queen beds but this one had full. Bed linens were very cheap. Don’t stay here after a long day traveling on the Chepe train. Also we ordered room service and it was mediocre.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and quiet

When first checked in went to room it wasn't as pictured it was very small went down to lobby and talked to manager he did appologize and gave us the room that was in picture very nice big roombut i did have to complain toget it

Maybe 20-30 years ago this was a fantastic hotel.

Old and outdated Dirty Staff was inexperienced. Restaurant was terrible. Music was loud and food was terrible. Hot water did not work. No fridge or coffee in room This part of the review is for Booking.com. I have stayed in hotels for 30 days this summer. All through your site. Any discounts that you are providing for "genius" awards are being made up by the hotels through excessive Pet fees. This hotel was the worst. I will discontinue using Booking.com until Pet fees are disclosed in the pre-booking info.
