There was live roaches in the hotel room it was absolutely dirty. The bathroom toilet under neath was disgusting with what appeared to be feces. Just overall nasty

We stayed here on February 14, 2026 for a work trip. We returned late that evening and immediately noticed the room was filthy. There were cockroaches in the room and a very strange, unpleasant smell in the hallway. We were exhausted and didn’t even have the energy to deal with the insects crawling on the walls. The worst part happened later. I started feeling extremely itchy during the night. It turned out to be bed bugs. At 5:00 AM, I woke up my co-worker and we immediately packed and left the hotel. I reported everything to the front desk and requested a full refund, since we had paid for three nights but could not stay due to the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. The front desk employee did not seem surprised when I mentioned bed bugs, which is very concerning. Since then — complete silence. No refund. No communication. No response from the General Manager. This experience was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here.

Rooms were dirty, smelled like wet dog, and had roaches. There was food left in fridge and microwave from previous guest, looked at 2 rooms before leaving. Requested refund and have not yet received.
