"Cheep nights sleep, woke up to being robbed by Booking.com and hotel"

Inexpensive

They robbed me. I booked thru booking.com. Clerk asked me to pay cash as he was having problem with data connection, so I did. Next day my reservation was marked “no show” so Booking.com billed my card for room. Essentially I was charged twice for room. Returned to hotel next day to inquire was told to contact Booking.com. Still have not received compensation for being charged twice. Would not recommend Booking.com or any OYO property. No one seems to care about making this right.
