Hyatt House Dallas Uptown

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. With that said, the breakfast was not fresh, and the rooms were overly hot. Given the location and amenities, we did not feel that the hotel was worth the nightly price.

Old, dirty and needs major updates. We wanted to be close to American Airlines arena but to be honest the convenience of walking was not worth all the negatives. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House and would absolutely return. The location was incredibly convenient for visiting the American Airlines Center, which made our trip so much easier. A special thank you to the two gentlemen who checked us in during the evening—they were friendly, welcoming, and set a great tone for our stay. We also want to recognize Ms. Tammy, who we saw at breakfast and again upstairs cleaning as we checked out. She was kind, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Parking was a huge plus—covered and so convenient that we could park on the same floor as our room. Our suite was spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax. The AC worked perfectly (which matters so much in Texas!), and having a full-sized refrigerator was a game changer, especially for a family stay. Overall, a great experience with both excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

My bedding was horrible!! I had 2 rooms with the same issue.

The room was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on getting to the ACC

I had to move the plug for a lamp because the one it was in did not work.
