I stayed here during my trip to Lake Tahoe and it was such a lovely experience! The view from my window was absolutely incredible — right over the lake. I was honestly surprised to get such a beautiful room since I booked it on the very last day of my trip. It made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here! 🌲💙

Had to fix. Over charge for the room stay.

I stayed 3 nights and left yesterday morning (Monday). Today I notice I have 3 different charges on my credit cards but I booked through Expedia, who already charged me. I’ve been waiting on the phone for over 2 hours and have called 4 or 5 times to speak to someone at the front desk, but nobody ever answers. I’d really like a call back please.

Room is disgusting and non stop banging in walls all night

Room was awful - had to request additional pillows. No fridge and creepy Alice Cooper poster in the room. Would not stay here again.

Terrible service, we ask for something at the front desk the day we arrive (friday) they gave it to us until sunday night and we were leaving on monday, dirty towels at the restroom, room telephone never worked and we reported it since we get there, bellman never arrive once we were leaving and we wait for him around 40 min and call them twice.

Lots of construction. Hardly any restaurants or shops.

Was forced to pay for parking even though I did not use lot. Was not informed ahead of time that the pool was closed, had to pay a resort fee anyway. Coffee shop and one other restaurant open even though they advertise several other restaurants on site. Food there was good however. That’s it for the negative reception staff nice. Good bed in room.
