Friendly, helpful staff; great location and good value for money. We had a lovely view of the pool from our upper floor room. We also liked having the option of the “green stay” which gave us a credit in exchange for reduced room cleaning.

Clean, tidy, staff are friendly and vibrant.

Good, but strong bleach smell in bathroom. Thank you for hard work and cleaning,maybe clean earlier we arrived at 3pm....and still so strong all through the day/night.

Location was good, room a good size. Staff were friendly

The air con blowed hot then cold and didn't stay consistent. So the room would get too hot then too cold. Breakfast was poor with limited options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a very good location walking distance to Cairns central, the coast, and many restaurants. There is parking available as well.
