Our room was not serviced the entire 3 days

1 Star – Do NOT Stay Here We stayed at Boomtown Casino Hotel Reno for 3 nights for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and it was honestly the worst experience. I do NOT recommend this place. First off, they only had ONE working elevator, and it was limited to about 6 people at a time. With a full hotel, this was a nightmare. This is something they should have disclosed at the time of booking. Second, they do not tidy the rooms daily, which I can overlook—but the one thing I always expect is clean, fresh towels. I called the front desk and was told someone would bring towels up… and no one ever showed up. On our way out, I asked the front desk about it, and the older gentleman working there was rude and said, “we’re looking for some towels for you.” At that point, we were already leaving. It made no sense—this was our second day with no service and no clean towels. Overall, very disappointing stay. Poor communication, poor service, and just not worth the frustration. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else—this is not it.

The location is good, the arcade was fun, but pricey

The pool was closed because someone took a dump in it. There was no hot water for showers. I canceled the second night stay and still haven't received my deposit or credit for the canceled night. Guest services was not helpful at all

Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Wait staff was amazing. Lady in souvenir shop was awesome! Plenty of space. Rooms were very comfortable. Very clean as well. Absolutely LOVED Mel's Diner and their staff.

No craps table. Only one working elevator at north tower. Many, many out of order signs on vending machines, games, however, not one out of order sign on the elevator that wasn't working..

Comfortable bed

Room smelled like smoke and I was on the third floor. No extra roll of toilet paper.

Isolated , not around too many attractions.

No jacuzzi, got a bit boring.

The smell of SMOKE. People were smoking in nonsmoking rooms. Woke up with breathing issues. Very smelly.
