The service and friendliness of the staff and the general atmosphere of the hotel. The room was dark and quiet at night, and the bathroom was very nice.

The general noise level in the restaurant and the Court. The background music played in the Caley Bar and The Court should be the same, as having two "competing" sources is not nice and can be quite stressful.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning historic building and lovely interior. The room was beautiful

We had issues with the power outlets as there were no European sockets available. The reception staff was friendly, but unfortunately they could not help us and we had to go out and buy an adapter ourselves. The windows in the room were also dirty, which was disappointing. The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly at all and seemed quite unhappy. The food quality was also poor.
