Hotel Nassauer Hof

The staff in the reception was very service minded and helpful. The spa was a lovely experience, small but very modern. The location was perfect and I have been dreaming about staying at the hotel for 30 years and finally managed to do so for a few days

I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast. it all looked very bland and it didn't cater for people with allergies. Having berries and a selection of nuts would be good. Also more goats/sheep/turkey/chicken products would be a good addition to the breakfast buffet. Please avoid kitchen staff walking through the restaurant with crooks and dragging their feet when checking the buffet. it would be better if the waiters checked the buffet tables as they are dressed accordingly. Some waiters were being trained, this should be done with low voices so the guests can not hear the conversations between trainer & trainee.
