"Relaxing"

I absolutely loved the ambiance—the food, the background music—everything felt so relaxing that it made me want to stay longer and definitely come back again. I’d also like to give special recognition to Gezel from the gallery. She’s not only pretty but also very accommodating and made all of us feel comfortable throughout our visit. 💛

"Manila Pen Experience"

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention to Gezel, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From answering all our questions to ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay, her hospitality made a big difference. The service felt warm and genuine, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back again!

Excellent in every aspect Pleasant (English speaking) service personnel. Convenient location to the lively Triangle Park wth many cafes and restaurants. Also to 2 very good shopping malls. And wonderful wellness spa.

"Buffet experience"

I enjoyed the food in Cocktail area especially the oysters. Kudos to Ms Giezel who assist us, her customer service is excellent!! She always smile and positive in terms of service.

"Needs an update"

I love the history of this place. The ceilings are nice, staff are very friendly. The pool was nice but very busy.

It would be nice to have a separate lap lane for the pool. The whole hotel is very dated. The halo-halo was a disappointment.

The epitome of elegance. The staff was very attentive… and courteous …. I got their names because they can answer all our queries too - Rommel, Justin , Kristian Chino and Arianne They can take pictures well, discuss the menu etc….proper decorum
