The location is ideal for anyone travelling by train and serviced by taxis 24/7. Roads in and out are very busy however there were very few delays with traffic constantly moving. Yokohama Bay is central between Haneda Airport and Mt Fuji with about 1.5 hours drive in either direction or 45 minutes by train. The hotel is situated within a few minutes walk from attractions, shopping and central train station. The views are stunning both of the bay and the city. Air is very clean and fresh and all surrounding areas are supremely clean. Staff at the hotel speak very good English and all are very helpful, accommodating and will go out of their way to help with anything. Our initial room was mistakenly booked with 3 single beds, but this was quickly changed for a room of preferential requirement. The condition of room was excellent and cleaned daily to very high standards. The bathroom consisted of a pod unit with surprisingly exceptional quality and space, consisting of bath, separate shower, toilet, sink unit. Hot and cold water at your fingertips, excellent shower facilities including bath. Views from the balcony were very impressive across the city with views of cosmo world with incredible colours at night, and surprisingly very quiet. We did get some views of the bay from other locations around the hotel, and can say it was incredible, therefore, rooms with views of city or bay are equally impressive. Breakfast was not included in our room package, however, it is provided for all customers at very low cost with excellent selection and facilities to enjoy a many variances every morning. Dining facilities were first class with many different options at the hotel or lower floors with shopping and many other excellent restaurants. Car park facilities were also first class, very clean, safe, secure with easy access and egress. There are 6 very efficient lifts so access to rooms was always quick and easy.

Train services in Japan are quick, efficient and very timely. All stations are very clean with many facilities and shops. The hotel could provide a notice board showing location of train station along with a schematic of train lines including mobile applications available to determine the train routes and times for quick easy access for visitors wishing to plan day trips.

I loved my stay here. Hotel is across the street”Cosmoworld!” Also across the street from beautiful Ferris wheel, shopping and the best part is 2 minute walk from “Cup of Noodles” Museum. Hotel was very clean and staff goes above and beyond during your stay. Hotel has a heated jacuzzi, sauna and pool for 1000 YEN, which equals = $6.27 7-11 across the street from hotel. 美味しい朝食で満足していますが、オムレツが半分位の大きさだったら、もっと他の物も食することができたのにと思いました。同様にパンケーキとクロワッサン🥐もサイズが小さかったら、と思いました。
