Staff were fantastic specifically they helped us with an Uber driver who was struggling with our trip . Breakfast was really well done, fresh and many options. The room was quiet and bedding was exceptional, it was firm with a soft foam, slept great.

Dinner was disappointing for a high end hotel. Food was below average and service was just ok.

El Country es uno de los mejores hoteles del Peru: atención, instalaciones, habitacion, baño, cama. El bar es muy bonito tambien. Y la terraza esta muy bien. La ubicacion e s inmejorable

Lo unico que tendría en cuenta es que las ventanas sean anti ruido porque hacen fiestas dentro del hotel y en el club a su costado.

Sauberkeit und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gepflegter Zustand des Hotels und der gesamten Anlagen.

Langes Warten auf zusätzliche Bettdecke. Es musste mehrfach angefragt werden. Erst bei Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Pool nicht nutzbar ist. Ich hätte mir vorherige Info mit Discount gewünscht. Die gebuchte Gartensuite war im Keller, ein Schlauch und dadurch sehr dunkel. Da stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich ein anderes Zimmer genommen.

Our concierge Nelson was the absolute best in the world. Whatever we needed and whatever questions we had, he took care of everything for us with an amazing sense of urgency and decorum. With his help, we obtained reassurance that we would be able to get to Machu Picchu in spite of the threatened rail road shutdown in September.

We liked everything. It was all outstanding.
