Great hotel! Everyone is very good at what they do. From the valet people to the front desk, they go out of their way to help in any way. Douglas at the bar and Renz in the concierge lounge are my favorites. Douglas is not only a great bartender but also a perfect travel guide who knows every place in town. Renz takes fantastic care of all of his guests. He is a really great host who always makes sure everyone has what they need.

Everything was great. The front desk staff was very helpful and the restaurant staff was great too. It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was free hot chocolate and cider available every day. The location was close to downtown restaurants and shopping.

Great hotel choice in downtown, we had some issues with noise and the front desk was able to move us into a nice quiet room. Highly recommend the rooms ending in -28 as they have a wonderful view and are peaceful. Location is convenient downtown, and we were able to walk to the Iditarod start and Fur Rondy events.

Marrioot anchorge downtown has always been a great place to stay bu this last visit was exceptional. The cleaning staff was above and beyond what they normally are and I have never seen a person waiting at the door to mop up your snowy footprints as you walk in. place was spotless
