Well appointed and beautiful rooms. Great indoor/ outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Good stayed closer to everything

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel One of the cleanest hotels we ever stay at, we stay here wherever we are in Alpharetta. Morgan who works at the hotel was very helpful and wonderful to deal with.

Clean and comfortable

We arrived early but they allowed us to check in and even went the extra mile by calling housekeeping to get our upgraded room ready ASAP. We stepped out and waited about 15-20 minutes and then received a phone call that it was ready. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are wonderful!

Big shout out for the team at this hotel who make the experience so pleasurable. I have to name Randy who makes the finest coffee and greets every customer with a smile and a welcome that reminds us of everything good about American hospitality. Drop by in the morning and he’ll brighten up your day.

Comfortable stay. Close to Ameris Bank Amphitheatre.

We stayed at the Marriott Alpharetta while dealing with some very difficult family medical issues. A week turned into almost a month that we stayed at this wonderful hotel. The location is great (a short drive to anything you want), and it was nice to have an indoor pool, and outdoor pool along with an M Club that served a nice breakfast and evening snack 6 days a week. Due to our work, we travel globally, spending much of the year outside of the U.S. in some of the finest hotels. We expected the Mariott to have nice rooms, and beds. We could tell the location was good. But what really makes this hotel extraordinary is the empathetic, service-focused team who could easily be mistaken for a Four Seasons staff. In the Club, Katherin and Fabiola attended to every detail, even as we watch groups go through, week after week, some of whom were not as courteous as they should have been. They gave us special help several times during our stay. The restaurant not only has high quality food, but Marin and Xiaowei were so kind, even to our nephews when they came to say with us for several weekends. Meagan at the front desk took pains to ensure we were in a comfortable room, with everything needed, keeping us in the same room throughout our stay, even as we extended week after week. There are so many more staff to thank, from the cleaning people, to housekeeping, and the bartenders. Thank you to the Marriott Alpharetta for making us feel comfortable, and cared for during a very difficult time for us and our family.
