Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta

Randy is the best. We went with our whole family and we had a great experience at breakfast every morning. Definitely coming back.

It all started Monday morning at the Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta. I've driven all the way from Florida for a big interview, and I head downstairs with one mission, COFFEE. I round the corner to find Randy... closing everything down. Machines off. My coffee dreams officially crushed. Cue my very dignified response: "NO. Not today. I have an INTERVIEW. I NEED THIS COFFEE!" (Yes, I said this out loud. Desperation isn't pretty.) Randy kindly explained they close early on slower days, and looking at the completely empty lobby, I had to admit he had a point. This is where most people would've given me the classic "sorry, we're closed,” and been totally justified! But not Randy. This absolute legend looked up, smiled, and said, "You know what, what can I get you? What would you like?" I stammered, shocked and couldn’t respond (unbelievable), say “what do you recommend?” Randy saves me again by asking “do I trust him?” Sureeee why not… He proceeded to make me one of the BEST coffees I've had in ages-not begrudgingly, but with a genuine smile and a heartfelt "Have an AMAZING day!" And you know what? I DID. That interview? Nailed it. My entire attitude? Transformed. All because Randy chose kindness over convenience. He could have easily directed me to grab a sad decaf from the breakfast station. Instead, he took a few extra minutes to make my day infinitely better. Randy, you are the MVP of hospitality. You turned a potential disaster into a moment I'll never forget. To the Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta: Give this man a raise. Or a cape. Or both. Staff moved fast, very polite, very helpful. Rooms were clean. No clue on actual value, paid by the company. Not walking distance, so plan accordingly or stay in the well appointed bar and restaurant.

Staff was wonderful. Prompt, polite, helpful. I found them to be professional, courteous, and entirely on top of every aspect of their duties.

Very nice hotel and love the restaurant with great breakfast buffett and A la Carte as well. Very attentive staff!

We are so happy that we selected the Marriott. The space is exactly what we were looking for. It allow the team the space to enjoy one another!!!!
