Very Poor & Unprofessional Service — Not Expected from Marriott I had pre-booked an airport transfer from the hotel, but when we arrived at the reception at the scheduled time, no one had any information about it. Despite calling multiple times since morning to reconfirm, there was complete lack of coordination. I was asked to contact the Front Manager and was given a mobile number that was never answered. When I called the hotel again, I was told the manager was in a meeting and would call back — which never happened. This level of negligence caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during departure. Such disorganized and unresponsive service is extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Marriott property. Very poor handling and highly unprofessional.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is generally helpful and food is of good standard. Spa and Spa staff great. However, I found the beer in the Bar for continuous 3 days was not cold. First day on a Friday it was not cold and was told it is a dry day hence beer bottles will take long to get cold as all beers were taken off the fridges. (Hard to believe.) They were still cold for the next 2 days. There is an issue with the fridges. My room though clean and tidy with fresh linen yet the room and bathroom has maintenance issues as damp on the walls, paint peeling off and bathrooms in need of repair. I attach photos of the same. The hotel general areas also need maintaining and is slowly going down. I will not stay here again.

Staff was incredibly supportive, especially Ms Moni, Abhijit and Vishal. Experience was very nice. Been coming to mariott for over 10 years and on the overall has always been good.

This is an exceptional hotel with perhaps the best customer service and staff that we have ever come across. We have travelled to every continent in the world in many countries and truly believe this is the highest standard we’ve ever come across. We came here after a very busy few days in the north of India and the peace and calm and tranquility of the hotel was exceptional and so much so that we stayed for an extra two nights. It’s not the cheapest in Goa but certainly if you want a brilliant experience, we would recommend coming here. The food is excellent and I say it again, but the staff cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. The town of Panjim is very near and there is a lot to see there but more importantly the beaches of the north and south are only half an hour away with regular taxis costing about Rs.1000.

Allergy labelling was poor. Often the allergen cards were not filled out. Also I ate part of a fish curry and I think the fish was not fully cooked. I’ve had gastroenteritis since.

Beautiful resort on the beach with a wonderful view of sunset every evening. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to guide and help. Good food in the restaurant, serving staff greet you with a warm smile and pay attention to your orders.

Had a wonderful time in the hotel, it was quite exquisite and fun to live in. Everyone took good care of us especially the staff bhupandra and sidhu helped us alot in our stay. And excellent food by the chef dataguru too. Rooms were beautiful too and had good clean environment. Thank you!
