Apart from the excellent sea facing room. There were some people I'd like to highlight as they made our stay so memorable. The F&B team led by Ajinkia, served with passion. His team Shailesh, Aditi, Gulam, Afsar, Ignatius were simply amazing. Their service was exemplary. Ajinkia's leadership is superb. Shailesh is so good with people and has this great desire to serve. Hope to see him promoted soon The chef's Shubhendu, Akash, Vidhi and sunder filled us with delicious food. We are definitely coming for more. Hse keeping sachin and shubham kept the room clean tidy and stocked enough of towels. Conceriege Jason, Veerish, Roshan wheeled my dad on my back and forth. They were relentless and committed. Sheryl Mam your extraordinary leadership, passion and commitment makes Marriot stand out.

Our dinner at the Goa Marriott was made truly memorable thanks to Afsar’s care and attention. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy ourselves. From guiding us through the menu with thoughtful suggestions to ensuring every detail was handled smoothly, his presence added warmth to the evening. What stood out most was his genuine hospitality—he made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout, and his calm professionalism gave the whole experience a polished touch. It’s rare to find service that feels both personal and effortless, and Afsar delivered exactly that.

I had the pleasure of staying three nights recently, and I cannot compliment the staff enough - every single person I encountered throughout my stay was warm, helpful, and incredibly generous in making sure i was as comfortable and enjoying my stay to the fullest extent. The check-in process was enjoyable - received a complimentary welcome beverage and gift necklace, and a dedicated concierge team member personally showed me to my room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding each morning - I will have dreams about the coconut chutney that accompanies the made-to-order dosas!! The managing chef walked by tables each day and personally stopped to ensure that people were enjoying all of the food and drink offerings. The hotel manager also went above and beyond to make conversation with all of the guests in the lobby each and every day. She was so wonderful and gracious to me as a solo female traveler - I cannot fully describe how well cared for I felt by the entire staff each and every day here. Very comfortable, well fed, and so many personal touches made this stay completely relaxing and memorable.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. We have come to this place earlier and once again, it turned out to be a memorable experience. The highlight for us, just like last time, was the pool bar — such a relaxing place to unwind with great vibes and service. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing with plenty of options for everyone in the family. But the best part of the stay has to be the sea view room and the breathtaking overall hotel views. The sea feels so close that you can actually hear the soothing sound of the waves even from your room while resting — a truly calming and peaceful experience. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Shailesh and Bhupendra at the waterfront restaurant for going the extra mile with their service and hospitality. It is people like them who make guests genuinely want to return to the hotel again. Thank you both for making our stay even more special. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

It was first experience at Marriot in Goa. We had dinner at waterfront restaurant and service is on point. Pravin, Asraf and others were very cooperative.
