Great location, fantastic staff. Very helpful and chatty. They really made the stay, five star service!!!

Rooms a little dated, the shower kept going hot then cold. The bathroom could definitely do with an update but everything worked as it should.

The hotel has an excellent central location close to Lime Street rail station. The room was well equipped and comfortable with an easy to operate heating control and TV. The breakfast offered a wide choice of food and service continued later than in many hotels (until 11am).
