My booking was unilaterally cancelled and I had not been informed neither by the hotel or Booking.com. I had to find another hotel in town at the last minute. Front desk employee felt very remote about the whole situation.

Good location for work trip, WiFi worked, friendly staff

Room could have been warmer or a thicker duvet / spare blanket. Also some bottled water.
