"diria negativa respeto a estaida en los anos pasados , el nivle del hotel bajo muchissimo"

Abitacion super ruidosa , restorantes cerrados , restorante en lobby super caro , cub serrado o inibido por presuto execso de uespedes . Late check out negado .

"No devuelven IVA, pieza con filtración de agua"

Esta al lado de parque arauco o sea el hotel es viejo por dentro como dicen otros comentarios por aca y la piscina exterior es fria, esta caro para lo que ofrece.

La gente de Recepción nos dijo al llegar que nos devolverían en IVA y nos dijeron que podíamos usar tarjeta chilena con dni argentino y al checkout no nos devolvieron el IVA, también nos pusieron en una pieza y después hubo filtraciones de agua por muro desde arriba y nos cambiaron de pieza 11 pisos más arriba, alguna pieza está en renovación y otras piezas son antiguas como mencionan muchos comentarios acá mismo, de noche el area del bar esta en penumbra no se porque pero da la impresion de que ahorran luz apagando casi todo y en un hotel de mas de 300 habitaciones se ve poca gente alojando un dia sabado, hecho no vi mas de 20 personas en desayuno, y en el bar unas 6 y todo eso te da la impresion de que nunca alcanzan a llenar la ocupacion ni hasta la mitad, ademas el personal unos te atienden bien y da la impresion de que no estan entrenados mucho, en general el hotel esta muy viejo por dentro como dicen otros comentarios por aca. Piscina agua fria y exterior ademas de chica, un hotel tan grande no tiene sauna ni SPA, a algunas zonas les haria falta una limpieza.
