I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Hyung Chul Lim, the restaurant manager at JW Marriott Seoul, for the wonderful experience he created for us during our dinner. His presence throughout the evening was reassuring and thoughtful. He paid attention to every detail, yet everything felt natural and effortless. We never had to ask for anything twice, and he seemed to understand exactly what we needed even before we mentioned it. What stood out most was his genuine care and professionalism. I stayed in JW Marriott Seoul for all my trips to Seoul, and it was great to be back after 10 years. Some of the layout and access have been changed but the standard of service and comfortability has not changed at all. JW Marriott Seoul remains as the best among all JW hotels I ever stayed.
