Movenpick Resort El Quseir

This location was simply magical and the food was outstanding! My family loved this resort!! We will be back again for sure!!

We went to Mövenpick El Quesir for the second time now as it is simply the best hotel we can imagine. They really excel at every category: food, atmosphere, facilities, activities (especially snorkelling and diving in the beautiful house reef) and most importantly staff - who are always helpful and incredibly kind. A special shoutout to Nasser and Alaa who prepared our room with such care every day and spread an infectious joy around the place.

We stayed for 2 weeks including Christmas. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Located on the red sea coast with excellent snorkling and diving possibilities. The green focus and some homegrown food from their zeb garden is much appreciated. We felt like royalty with warm and professional service from all staff. To mention in particular Maryam who quickly adapted to our needs and ensured excellent customer service at our arrival and during our stay, Miriam for the guided walk. Also worth mentioning the chef cooking the eggs each morning and the excellent staff of the Al Fresco restaurant. The team there under the lead of Mansour is made complete with the professionalism and fun hosting by Mahmoud and Waleed and the professional and superfriendly chef who made many of our lunches and evenings extra special. Similarly Ibrahim welcomed us warmly at the Seagull. Most of our days we were at the beautiful zenpool where Shazly took care of us like royalty and Mohamed made the very best coffees and smoothies, always with a smile and nothing ever too much to ask. Later during the stay also had the pleasure of seeing the very good teamwork between Shazly and Achmed. When at the beach the other Shazly made sure we were cared for and safe. Some last remarks. The hotel is special in its calm and tranquility, no noise or music at the pool area. We welcome this but would also like to thank and recommend Ibrahim for bringing joy at some evenings with his repertoire of music. For us this could be more often! Finally big thanks to the cleaning crew who made sure our room was tip top every day and the personalised surprise after a day in the sun and to Isabella for her professional approach and good talks making the stay complete! Many thanks to you all!

The location is exquisite, the site is so unbelievably beautiful within its gardens there are flowers so colourful they brighten your morning or evening as you walk or a are driven by golf carts wherever you want to go. The multiple pools are all so different and immaculately clean. The provision of towels, drinks, conversation is all done with a deeply authentic and willing smile. The staff are so here for you and not in a hierarchical way, they want you to be happy and have an anything is possible attitude. You can do any activity you could want, tennis, snorkelling, yoga studio, massage and more. The food is outstanding as are the bedrooms. I stayed in two different rooms and cannot fault either. The Premium Garden View in group 11 is stunning and so near the beach and the hotel. This hotel is luxurious on every level.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr schön gestaltet, im traditionellen arabischen Stil, aber mit sämtlichem Komfort ausgestattet, sehr sauber und äusserst gut gepflegt. Das Personal - wirklich ALLE - sind stets äusserst freundlich, ungestresst,, initiativ und sie erfüllen den Gästen wirklich JEDEN Wunsch. Ein Beispiel im Hauptrestaurant: die Küchencrew mit Mustafa an der Spitze. Wir sind Veganer und Mustafa hat für uns speziell gekocht (das wäre an sich nicht einmal nötig gewesen, weil es eh eine gute Auswahl an pflanzenbasierten Speisen hat (und auch eine spezielle vegane Menükarte!). Aber es hat Mustafa und seinen Leuten klar Spass gemacht, die ganze Länge zu gehen, alles noch besser zu machen. Fantastisch, und von uns so noch nirgends in dieser Weise erlebt. Es gibt in der Anlage einen gut ausgestatteten Gym, sowie viele Aktivitäten, Kurse und Ausflüge, die gemacht werden können. All inclusive, of course! Das Hausriff ist wunderbar zum Schnorcheln, mit vielen tropischen Fischen zum Beobachten. Es wird hier auch sehr viel Sorge zur Umwelt getragen. Der Gemüsegarten ist organisch, das Hausriff wird wöchentlich nach Verschmutzung abgesucht und gereinigt, alles zusammen mit Gästen, die mitmachen wollen.

Da kommt uns tatsächlich NICHTS in den Sinn. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels auf der ganzen Welt. Besser als das Mövenpick El Quseir kann ein Hotel kaum geführt werden. Kompliment an das ganze Management und Team. Wir zögern nicht, auf weniger gute Dinge hinzuweisen, aber hier finden wir nichts. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, agréable et au-delà de ce que nous espérions.
La nourriture était de bonne qualité, avec un buffet varié et bien fourni. Nous avons mangé de tout (glaçons, crudités, fruits…) pendant une semaine sans aucun problème. La chambre était agréablement décorée, spacieuse et confortable.
Le personnel s’est montré attentionné et discret, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. En plus, nous avons pu profiter d’un départ tardif, à demander la veille au soir à la réception selon les disponibilités. Le centre de plongée a été un véritable atout : l’équipe était compétente, le matériel de bonne qualité, et les sorties plongée proposées quotidiennement étaient un vrai plus. Nous avons également pu profiter de sorties snorkeling durant la semaine, ainsi que d’un récif maison particulièrement agréable, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avons aussi organisé une excursion d’une journée à Louxor directement sur place : chauffeur et guide très bien. L’hôtel dans son ensemble est calme et reposant, avec une architecture qui s’intègre harmonieusement au paysage. Un séjour globalement très positif que nous recommandons volontiers.
