la chambre était grande, lumineuse, conforme aux photos et bien équipée

la pression de la douche qui n’est pas comme en europe et un peu de poussière mais rien de grave (je rajouterais un balais dans chaque chambres quand même)

Perfect location to manhattan,spacious room, very close to eateries and 15-minute walk to sams Club and walmart

I have to request towels, utensils, and room service . Breakfast coffee was not hot, and the same thing was served every day; oats ,cereal bar, and muffins.

La posizione è fantastica. Appena fuori la struttura passa il 320 ogni 15-20 minuti che in un quarto d'ora porta alla fermata di Times Square

La colazione è inesistente, non va bene. Il divano letto era davvero scomodo

The location was great.

The room was horrible, there were roaches, holes in the blinds, the sofa bed was pee stained and and all springs, the beds were not comfortable at all.

A comfortable stay in a great location with a well-maintained building and room. Very clean and pleasant, with excellent staff who are clearly free to make decisions for customers without always having to call a manager. The bus to New York picks up right outside and takes credit cards or cash. Compared to other rooms within 20 minutes of Times Square, the rooms are huge.

The room didn't have cups for drinking water, and the fixtures and furniture were well-used. While clean and well-maintained, the faucet was over of those 1990s water savers that most hotels changed out for newer water saving faucets long ago. So so very good, but just on the older side. Also some traffic noise. Earplugs are a good idea for lighter sleepers.
