Willows Lodge

We love the Willows Lodge. We love that it’s a dog friendly property with great trails around. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the room, the layout is perfect, the separate shower and bath is wonderful. The room also comes with a coffee maker and the electric kettle for boiling hot water for those PNW cold days/nights :). We really like the filtered water and automatic ice maker that are readily available for us to refuel that is environmentally friendly and clean (no communal ice). If we have a chance to be here again, we will come back to the Willows Lodge.

Excellent location for our small company holiday gathering. The food and rooms were excellent. A few of us stayed at the lodge and the accommodations also excellent. I plan on returning in the summer to discover more of Woodenville.

Awesome place for vacation . Could be more activities for kids but we had fun and enjoyed our stay. Especially spa and garden was our favorite places.

Beautiful property

We’ve come to Willow Lodge for years for meals and events, but this was our first overnight stay. The room was beautiful — spacious, quiet, and cozy, with a large bathtub that opens toward the fireplace and balcony. Lovely anniversary chocolates too. The lodge has that warm Pacific Northwest charm, with cider in the afternoon and morning coffee in the lobby — very nice touches. However, we were disappointed by the $35 daily resort fee, never mentioned when booking or at check-in. No one explained what it covered, and we weren’t told about the spa, pool, gym, or bikes. The spa had a wonderful Thai herbal massage by Melissa, but the check-in was confusing and the “add-ons” actually shortened the treatment time. The relaxation room felt bare — no small snacks unless there was an event. The sauna was lukewarm, fruit was mushy, and the fireplace left charcoal stains on my pants. With clearer communication, visible management, and better transparency about fees, this could have been a 5-star stay. Beautiful property, but not quite the experience we hoped for.

Great little resort hotel. Clean and friendly. Walking distance to a lot of winery rooms. Restaurant was clean and had some live music.

My husband and I stayed at the Willows for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. From the onsite dining and convenient location (a close walk to multiple wine tasting rooms), to the beautiful room with the fireplace and balcony overlooking the courtyard, to the exceptional customer service, everything was top notch. I left happy and relaxed. We will certainly be back if we are traveling in the area again.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were extremely impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The rooms are incredible, and the grounds are beautiful.
