Super 8 by Wyndham Adel GA I-75

I think this hotel should be closed. It’s a health hazard in my opinion. The water from one of the faucets was just dripping. I was afrato use the shower, that the knobs fall out of the wall. The faucet handle was loose I couldn’t get the water right. It’s either cold or extremely hot. There was mold in every corner. The carpet was sticky, glad spots all over and was very smelling. If I had known this before I NEVER WOULD HAD BOOKED THIS ROOM. I wished I had the time to look for a different hotel.Also false advertisement, the pictures they posted, showed a newer clean hotel, inside and out. My friend had to change her room, that was worst than mine. We should get a refund. It was disgusting. Sorry but you really shouldn’t rent out room from this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to get our room keys rekeyed every time we left and came back to the room.

The cancelation policy is awful. My booking was paid in full and I came late to do the check in and they canceled even though it was paid. How in the world you can explain and expect that?

Air conditioner didnt work and the carpets were wet and dirty. Moved us to a new room and same exact problems. Got a refund and left.

Didn’t like anything about the hotel. TV didn’t work, even though staff were aware of it. Commode didn’t work properly. Terrible customer service from staff.

Very worn property. Room was clean, but outside area was quite dirty. The pool was dirty.
