So far everything is great except the parking lot. I will let you know later about the bed. Room was nice and clean. It was on the second floor which was not good for my daughter's legs.

Needs updating rooms

Hotel people were nice. Room very old and outdated. Comfortable and good enough for a night passing through. Wouldn't choose this hotel for a long stay.

The beds were comfortable. The room was dated - HVAC had visible rust and was not thermostat-controlled. Charged a pet fee for our cat.

I hate to give a bad review but, I reserved smoking on ground floor and wound up in non smoking ground floor so I had to make many trips to my car to smoke. The room was huge and clean with no furniture. Only a tiny table and two kitchen chairs. Antique shower faucets and a plugged up shower head. I turned the heater on at 4am because it was cold and the fire alarm went off immediately. I was supposed to pay upon arrival but I had already been charged when I got there at 3pm. Other than all of that it was a comfortable bed and a decent night's sleep.

Reservation was wrong Smoking room was supposed to be non smoking Full beds was supposed to be Queen Water was brown when we first turned it on Room was dirty

The clerk insisted that Hotels.com had erred in making reservations for two of us in two separate rooms and we were told there was only one room left and it was a smoking room. The two of us were going to be required to stay in one room. Yet I showed evidence that we had made the reservation and she was insistent that it was Hotels.com fault and that I would need to seek a refund for the second room. Thankfully, I had Hotels.com‘s app verifying that there was a room already reserved in my name, and I was able to give her the room number. At that point in time, she realized that it had in fact been made, and she produced the piece of paper verifying my reservation. Thank you for your app, so that we weren’t forced to put two people in the same room… And a smoking room at that.

Do not stay here, it was a filthy dump...

This is the most filthy motel i have ever stayed in. Spent the whole night worried about bed bugs after a 7 hour evacuation drive. The rooms wasnt clean, food stuck to chairs pubic hair in bathroom in tub ans on toilet seat. Used tp on toilet seat. AC didnt work. Seitched to another equally filthy room but with working ac. Gross
