We have stayed here multiple times. Great location. The care / restaurant staff were amazingggggg ! Thank you for making my little girl happy šŸ˜ƒ

The check in lady couldnā€™t find my booking. I found that extremely odd considering I have been there a few times before under the same name . Very odd indeed.

"If we could get that room again for that amount of money, I would come back every time!"

The free upgrade made all the difference! Having a view of the river was great! The beds were excellent and for the money, it was extremely good value.

Shower was a little cramped being in a bath with a small shower screen. Floor got wet in 10 seconds. Car par was very tight and a little pricey!

Clean, nice room, friendly service.

Was upgraded and given a room with river view, which was great. Downside is that meant trainline was also outside, which was a little noisy at times. A better quality smart TV with Netflix or other streaming channel would have been nice.
