I’m an MDAnderson patient and this hotel could not have done more to make me comfortable from the wheelchair after surgery to shuttle waiting for me at the pharmacy and excellent meals! Sitting at the poolside was lovely! My favorite hotel😊

"Went for a sporting event at Rice"

Love this place. The service is wonderful at the front desk, the valet people are always very helpful, the staff in the restaurant are awesome, housekeeping is fantastic. They love dogs. I love the funky decor but it’s still very comfortable and warm not hard and cold. Desirae was very helpful this morning with our breakfast. I have never had a bad experience here.

"Tranquil hotel ideally situated next to museums, parks, and Rice University."

The location was ideal to walk to the museums and adjoining parks. The hotel's complimentary shuttle service provided easy access to/from eateries. The hotel's Museum District setting is quiet. The staff members were all very courteous and helpful.

No coffee/tea service in the room. The hallway morning coffee/tea service was OK but then nothing for the evening. No microwave in the room.

"Top Shelf Experience"

The check-in experience was excellent thanks to Ashley Johnson. She was welcoming, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of with love. We had an amazing conversation at check in and this was just reassurance on why I chose ZaZa every time I’m in town. Her positive attitude really set the tone for the stay!
