"The counter from the time we entered till we left were very helpful and resourceful, namely Tharani."

Breakfast spread was good throughout. Has lunch once and food n service was good. Hotel driver Samsudin was very friendly and helpful. Please thank him for his excellent service. Hotel environment was very cosy and comfortable.

No handheld shower. Could have been better, if provided. Room was overlooking a yard filled with rubbish. This was quite unsightly from the room.
