Lords Plaza Surat

I had an excellent stay at Lords Plaza in Surat from April 5 to April 8. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like a lord. The kindness and hospitality of the staff were truly exceptional. During my stay, I unfortunately fell ill and required medical assistance. Without hesitation, the hotel management arranged for a driver to take me to see a doctor. Both the time and transportation costs were fully covered by the hotel, which was an incredibly kind and reassuring gesture. This level of care and attention deeply impressed me and showed the genuine commitment of the staff to the well-being of their guests. I am very grateful for the warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service I received throughout my stay. My sincere thanks to the entire team at Lords Plaza. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surat.

The hotel boasts stunning beauty with tasty and delicious food,Lunch are especially very good. Room are impeccably So cleaned, Gym and swimming pool facilities are available on site. Lords plaza was a very nice hotel, clean and in a good location. The room was a fair size and bathroom was decent with a walk in shower. Also cleanliness was up to the mark
