Horrible Experience with this property. I will never ever Visit again. Also this property does not have a proper Customer Service. From reception to Food and Housekeeping. Not happy at all.

"Good stay"

The hotel is located in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious and big. Housekeeping is very cooperative And Mr Santosh is very good and helpful to guest. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit surat.

"My experience at Lords"

Very old hotel. Reception not experienced nor knowledgeable. Nor helpful Food very fair basic.Evening & Breakfast . Hygiene to be desired. Breakfast basic some good some normal nothing to shout about. Outside see picture below. Looks like waiting for Monsoom to clean the windows & glass of whole hotel. Room fairly good size & amenities TV does not work. Seems satellite issue in whole hotel. Lots of advertisement of all lords hotel in India. If it’s like this one wouldn’t stay. Very prominent name ( LORDS )

"HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY - Lost Wallet Found !!"

I had accidentally left my wallet behind, and the team securely kept it in their Lost & Found department for over a month without any issues. When I contacted the hotel, they promptly responded and ensured that my wallet was returned safely. This truly reflects their strong values, integrity, and commitment to guest trust.
