The lady at reception when I checked in on Saturday was absolutely lovely, very helpful and polite The room was clean and tidy. Very convenient having a bottle shop on site and although I didn't visit the bistro the collective was clean and comfortable and again the staff were lovely

It's not really a dislike but the light fitting on the balcony at the back was leaking water. I meant to report it when I checked out on Tuesday and completely forgot

Only negative comment I have is that the weather wasn’t good enough for myself to have a swim

Balcony & heating was good

No microwave, room service finishes at 8.15pm. No other food service. A club that closes at 4am, found that a bit ridiculous

Friendly and welcoming receptionist. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Outlook from our room was pretty, especially with autumn colours.

We were in room with a locked interleading door to the next room. There was a couple who entertained friends with alcohol and spoke loudly until 12.30am. Not ideal as I was there for a sporting event and had to get up at 4am. Please do something to improve soundproofing between these rooms.
