The room was in the loft. Shower over spa/tub. Difficult to get in and out over. No toaster in room.

Burnett Riverside Hotel is the only place my husband and I will stay. We both work in Bundaberg and live 40 minutes away. The hotel is convenient to most amenities in town.

The air conditioning unit is situated on the small balcony which looks rusty and could do with an upgrade. I am surprised that the hotel doesn’t cater lactose free milk.
