Nous n'avons pas pu acceder à notre chambre, sans remboursement.

Attention : si vous souhaitez venir avec un bébé, pensez à le préciser au moment de la reservation car certaines chambres ne peuvent visiblement pas accueillir de bébé (?). Il était visiblement impossible de faire entrer un lit parapluie de 1,5m x 50cm dans la chambre, nous avons donc du annuler notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas été remboursés, on nous a refusé un report, refusé un "voucher" même de 50% du cout de la chambre pour une prochaine reservation... Nous n'avions pas précisé que nous venions avec notre bébé de 10 mois car dans 100% des hotels ou airbnb (de même que dans les trains, les avions etc.) dans lesquels nous avons voyagés, la présence du bébé n'a jamais été une question et avant 2 ans, le bébé a toujours été "inclu". C'est donc une erreur de notre part ici, sur le papier, mais l'établissement n'a pas su faire preuve de souplesse. Ca me rappelle un peu les controleurs qui vous mettent une amende dans le train malgré un billet valide car vous n'avez pas votre pièce d'identité ... Decevant pour un etablissement qui communique sur un accueil "kids welcome"

"Talasso bien, mais les prix trop chers"

La chambre était parfaite mais à l'arrivée j'avais demandé 2 lits jumeaux et en arrivant il y en avait qu'un seul donc elles sont revenus refaire la chambre, le coin jaccuzi est petit heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde sinon on est vite les uns sur les autres, le jaccuzi extérieur est sympa face à la mer,pour les nageurs il y a une très grande piscine, nous avons fait un soin de 25 m pour 85 euros, cher pour la prestation.

Le prix du petit dejeuner 34e par personne franchement c'était bien mais ne valait absolument pas ce tarif
