Booked late so a bit expensive but had a great time with the kids

Breakfast excellent. Location ie Clonakilty, great location as a base to explore west Cork.

The hotel and its restaurant/bar felt a bit soulless and drab.

Working away from home can be tough, but staying at the CPH was the next best thing. For almost 2 years we were working in Clonakilty and stayed here (by my request). After trying several hotels and B+Bs in the area CPH was miles above the rest. Excellent menu, which changes with the season, rooms fantastic and hotel well located convenient shops nearby Supervalu and Dunnes amd only 2 minutes drive from Clon town Centre. All those positives though, were nothing compared to the main event. The Staff. The staff were excellent, attentive and friendly. Clear and concise communication, prompt service at front desk, bar and restaurant. Big shout outs in particular to Lenny, Chris, Steve, Leander and Svetlana. You all made me feel like I was at home and delivered exceptional service, you are all a credit to the business and hope to see you soon for a recreational visit.
