Clonakilty Park Hotel

Stayed down here recently for a friends 40th Birthday. Last time I stayed at this hotel was for a stag party 10 years ago when it was the Quality and what a difference. I never expected to write a 5 star review on this hotel. This hotel has come a very very long way from the dreary days as the Quality Hotel. Check in was swift, quick and efficient. Dined in the bar before the party and the food was just top class. The rooms are probably the best I have seen in a very long time in any hotel. The pool here was what you would expect and the added plunge pool is excellent. Breakfast was 5 star and a great selection. Whilst no particular staff member stuck out, overall you can see that they can do their job to the highest of standards. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but in particular to families as there is this is a children's paradise with the amount of things there is to do for kids here but yet for couples it is still perfect for a getaway especially with no kids in the bar after 10pm. Will be back here later on this summer.

This is our 3rd time staying here and as always it wasn't a disappointment. This time we stayed at the apartments, what a great option for having more space, extremely comfortable and super clean (as always) and the appliances in the apartment are top top. The hotel is just more than you could expect, staff super friendly and helpful, alway one step ahead to make sure you and specially your kids ate comfortable. The facilities are just over the top. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend, we will continue coming back.

We were in the toddler soft play area when my son lost his favourite teddy in the ballpit...We could not find him anywhere and had to leave as they were closing..My son was devastated. The lady working there stayed behind while herself and another lady searched with flashlights until they found him...We were so grateful.. They were amazing xx Thank you so much
