The room was great

I booked a suit for comfort but could only use the bedroom as it was too cold we turned off all fans and air-conditioning but still was really cold we asked about it and all we got was they turn it off later. But still in the morning it was cold.

superb staff... i am very much pleased with staff very nice and well spoken Excellent stop for shopping this hotel is just in niddle of shopping area. definitely recommend and i will visit again !

Breakfast, Location, Car parking - There is nothing else to talk about on this property as rest of the experience is not that great.

We checked in late (4AM), the room cleaning boy was happily sleeping on the bed. We had to waste 30 minutes to change the linen and redo the bed. Never experience anything this bad in any hotel. Extremely HIGH PRICED, the property demanded rates matching to a five star property in Hyderabad in the peak season. A/C not in our control, either it was blowing lots of cold air or we have to turn it off and feel suffocated. The Janitor cart was in front of my room for most part of the day. There is no basic focus on customer experience.

Excellent location wise, rooms are spacious but the carpets or bathrooms need some updates
